Canon Powershot D10 or Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS1 ?

Looking at getting an outdoor/waterproof camera. Looking at the Canon Powershot D10 and Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS1 12MP Digital Camera. Which would would you take? And why?
I know they’re not out yet by the way. I have time to wait, I just dont know which one is better then the either. I’m going be using it for underwater pictures, and pictures on land to.

Personally I would go with Panasonic.I’m not sure about picture quality of D10 because it not out now but for Panasonic, it take the best image quality on the market at this time for a waterproof and shockproof camera.

I have already pre-ordered a D10, from my camera shop! I can’t wait! So I guess that’s my answer!
But I’m a Canon fan and the link I posted below, gives the Lumix, a very good review in a heads up comparison.
