What’s a good camera for snowboarding?
I just need a pocket camera that can take pictures and videos.
I’m not looking for a helmet cam, and I’m not looking for anything professional. Something that can be kept in my breast pocket for most of the day and then I can pull it out for a few pictures or a 10-second video. I think I’m between the Optio W80 and Canon PowerShot D10 but I know next to nothing about cameras. Appreciate all help and advice.

Since you’re looking at water resistant cameras, the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FT1 might be a better choice. The Panasonic has image stabilization that the Pentax lacks. The Canon D10 is reputed to be a champ for underwater and center sharpness. However, the Panasonic could be a better choice if video is a high priority.
